Evident Scientific Names New Senior Director of Internal Communications

Evident Scientific named Melissa Radzikowski as their Senior Director Digital for Internal Communications. Jaimie Cohen, Director of Executive Search at Patino Associates partnered with Evident on the search.

As Evident Scientific enters a new chapter, Melissa will be responsible for evolving what was once a diffuse regional approach into a singular global internal communications and employee engagement strategy. Melissa  will connect the company’s purpose and strategic imperatives with employees all around the globe, delivering high-quality experiences aligned with Evident’s employer brand and reputation. 

Prior to joining Evident Scientific, Melissa was Director of Communications at Crane NXT, a tech manufacturing company. She spent the early part of her career in the pharma space at Genzyme/Sanofi, building internal and leadership communication strategies for various parts of the business. She became adept at strategic communications and digital marketing as a part of a small and scrappy team. She was recruited to iRobot where she spent 8 years building an award winning internal communications team, which included some extremely creative campaigns and content.
